Three – Wheeled Motorcycle Crash (June 2024)

We represent an elderly client who was rear ended while driving a three-wheeled motorcycle. The client sustained sever back injuries from the crash and other residual complications from being in the hospital. Our aggressive representation resulted in the at fault driver’s insurance company paying out the policy limits, and we are pursuing additional recovery of underinsured motorist benefits.
