With over 20 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources, Zan is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success. Holding PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, she has a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating positive employee experiences. Her career has spanned the medical and manufacturing sectors, and she is excited to bring her expertise to the legal field as the first official HR professional for Meldon Law. Zan is committed to building a strong HR department that fully supports our team and drives organizational success.

When not at work, Zan is an avid cruiser, aiming for at least two long cruises each year and as many weekend getaways as possible. She loves traveling, exploring new places and cultures. Suzanne also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
