As a current PI Case Manager and former PI Demand Specialist of 6 years, Jessica has focused on creating strong and supportive client contact resulting in the drafting of compelling narratives and demand packages that are communicated creatively and crafted with care for the receiving insurance companies. Jessica received her Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 2003 and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Florida in 2001. She utilizes her diverse background, which has included working in the auto insurance industry as a Field Claims Adjuster and Field Claims Manager in Jacksonville, Florida for over ten years when conversing with the clients, attorneys, medical providers and claims adjusters and conveying each client’s individual story in an impactful and meaningful way to help them receive the most money for their personal injury cases.
In her life outside the office, Jessica spends her time doing outdoor activities such as tubing the Ichetucknee river, camping, hiking, fishing and going to the dog park with her boyfriend and two dogs, Roxy and Axel, and co-raising two sulcata tortoises that she anticipates will long outlive her. She also has a love for learning to garden and travel. Jessica has been to almost every state in the United States and several other countries throughout the world over the years and describes big intentions to get back into travel one day in the future, when it is safe to do so.
