After a short foot pursuit, the driver was detained and arrested for fleeing and eluding, resisting without violence, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.
The driver hired Meldon Law. The attorney at Meldon Law reviewed the discovery in the case then spoke with the prosecutor and presented mitigation on behalf of the driver. The attorney at Meldon Law was able to negotiate the plea offer down from 24 months prison to a probation sentence.
