$350,000 Settlement: High Impact Collision (January 2023)

Our clients were traveling north in the far right lane when a company vehicle slammed
into our clients’ vehicle at full speed. The other driver was cited with a careless driving
traffic citation. Our clients suffered severe and life-altering injuries as a result of this collision and had to undergo surgery, ablations, injections, as well as aggressive pain management.
