Charge: Possession of Drug Equipment
A University of Florida Police Department officer observed a student smoking marijuana during a football game and cited her for both Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Equipment. The student retained the services of Meldon Law. Attorneys were able to secure a plea deal with the State where the Cannabis charge was dropped and the student was only required to pay minimal fines and court costs for the Drug Equipment Charge.
