Dangerous Slip and Fall (April 2024)

Our client was exiting a restaurant and while walking down the stairs slipped and fell due to water on the floors. The fall was so great that our client was transported via ambulance where he was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and has undergone serious pain management in addition to required surgeries. Our office is pursuing a negligence claim against the restaurant for failure to maintain safe premises.
