Dismissed Case After Our Client Was Falsely Accused by a Neighbor (June 2024)

A fire in the Rosewood area that started near the end of Southwest 124 Terrace, approximately one-half mile north of SR-24 and about one mile west of Shiloh Road, burned about 150 acres according to a Levy County Sheriff’s Office. Fire crews from Cedar Key, Chiefland, Fanning Springs, Inglis and Bronson responded. The cause of the fire had not yet been determined. Our criminal defense team got the case dismissed after our client was falsely accused by their neighbor.
