Marko Nikitovic
Marko is an experienced trial attorney with jury trials in jurisdictions all throughout the State of Florida.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at York University, completed a post-graduate degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a focus in mediation and arbitration, then attended Florida International University College of Law. While completing his law degree, Marko interned for a Federal Judge gaining invaluable experience even before obtaining admission to the Florida Bar.
Marko began his law experience in Gainesville as an assistant public defender working on a wide array of cases from misdemeanors to murder charges. Following his time as a defense attorney in Gainesville, Marko served as a prosecutor in Miami-Dade on a similarly large variety of cases. Working as both a prosecutor and defense attorney on over thirty jury trials has given Marko a unique perspective from both sides of the aisle that he now uses to provide his clients the best advocacy he can.
When he is not spending his time zealously fighting for his clients, Marko and his wife, Giselle love spending time around Gainesville going to movies, hiking trails with their two dogs, and enjoying local restaurants.
